Using TheCarrot.com iPhone Application

Pending Confirmation - What is this?

A registration confirmation is sent to you when you 1st register for TheCarrot.com. Spam filters often block the e-mail. Check your blocked messages for an e-mail from TheCarrot.com. To request a new message click Send new confirmation, then click on the confirmation link and you will then be a registered user.

Timezone - How do I change my timezone?

View "My Carrot" in the main toolbar, Click edit "My Account", change timezone then update account.

Metric/English Support?

Metric/English support will be released before the end of November. You will be able to switch between using the Metric or English unit of measurement without having to worry about how the data was recorded.

Add a food not in the database

You can always record a food that is not in the database by using the note field or take a picture of what you ate. If you are looking to accurately track your nutrition, we will be rolling out user added food in the next few months.
